This website, mddtc.org.uk, is run by Malvern & District Dog Training Club ("the Club") — an unincorporated, not-for-profit members' club — with the help of its volunteers. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, and written to be read.
What the site is for
The site provides general information about the Club, its classes and its rules. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but details such as class times, fees and venues can change — please confirm anything important with us before relying on it. Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind, including veterinary or dog-behaviour advice.
Membership and classes
Membership of the Club and attendance at classes are governed by the Club's Rules & Regulations, not by these website terms. Class bookings and payments are arranged directly with the Club.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse the site: don't attempt to damage or disrupt it; don't use the contact or enrolment forms to send spam, marketing or unlawful material; and don't harvest content or personal information from it by automated means. Anything you submit through the forms should be accurate, and about your own enquiry or enrolment.
Content and copyright
The content of this site — including the Club's name, logo and photographs — belongs to the Club or is used with its permission. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; please ask us first before reusing content commercially or republishing it elsewhere.
Links to other places
Where the site links to other websites — for example Facebook, or a map provider for directions — those sites are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided free of charge, as part of a volunteer-run community club, and without warranties of any kind.
